Please be sure to:

• Have installed InCenter offline version 7.0.0.1 or higher


• Incenter offline service is 2.0.0 or higher

• MSMQ is installed
InCenter offline Installation

Remove InCenter and Incenter service from control panel, reboot PC and follow as below:

Click Start and type Internet Explorer in the search box. Right click on Internet Explorer, and select
Run as Administrator.

Paste this address and click on “Install”.

MSMQ Installation

GUI

1. Start>All Programs>Accessories
2. Hold Shift, while right-clicking on Command Prompt
3. Select Run as administrator
4. The Administrator: Command Prompt screen will show.
5. Type at the prompt
a. control /name Microsoft.programsandfeatures
6. Hit return
7. Program and features from the control panel should appear.
8. Select Turn Windows features on and off
9. Scroll to Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) Server
10. Select the top level, leaving Active Directory Domain Services Integration, HTTP Support,
Triggers, and Multicasting Support unchecked.
11. The top level and first sub-level will be checked and greyed or blued, depending on laptop
settings.
12. Click Ok.
13. Reboot machine.

Alternative using DISM tool (Command Line-Administrator):

1. Open a command prompt with administrator privilege.(run as administrator)


2. To get a list of the Windows 7 features, type “dism /online /get-features” without the quotes
spaces before the forward slash.
3. Scroll through to find the service you need to see the name and status of the feature.
4. Type dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:MSMQ-Server (Spaces and CAP sensitive)
5. Machine will need to reboot. Select accordingly
