Note: Before Initiating account activation, pls confirm customer’s KYC and person requesting for activation &
Account holder are same.
1___Please Enter “CNFTM” Menu. After entering below screen will display.
2___User “Mobile Number” as authentication method and enter Customer/account holder’s Mobile
Number. After clicking, fetch account details, below screen will appear.
3___Click “Generate OTP” and finacle will ask for ID confirmation.
4____After entering the OTP received by the customer, click “Validate OTP”. After validation, finacle
will move to next page.
5____Please scroll down… You will get continue menu “GO” option for moving to next screen.
6____Select Account number in displayed screen and select “Account modification” option.
7____Once you select account modification menu, account number selected may get de-selected. If
de-selected, kindly re select again
8____In account modification menu, Please select “ Statement” in account statement menu
In next print date, Select any future Date.
In Account Status, Select “Active”

9___After above changes in menu, Click “Skip & proceed”. OTP screen will appear.
10___Generate OTP and Validate the same. After validation, OTP validated msg will pop-up.
11__After OTP Validation “ Submit” button will be enabled.
