    Respected Ma’am,

    I would like to state that due to the sudden demise of my father my family had to move to Islamabad
    permanently which is why I can’t come to collect my performa for summer 2022. I have informed the
    chairperson of my department that my friend will be collecting my summer performa on my behalf as
    I’m not able to come to Karachi at the moment.

    Kindly, I request you to also to hand over my summer performa 2022 to my friend. I will
    be thankful to you.
