Objectives

This incentive plan aims to:


 
1. Reward employees with zero monthly absences and minimal complaints
from internal and external customers by June 15, 2024.
2. Increase employee motivation by 85% by June 15, 2024.

Eligibility

Employees that fit the qualifications provided below are eligible to receive the
compensation provided effective June 15, 2024.
 
1. Part-time, probationary, and regular service crews under the category of
levels 1 and 2
2. Part-time, probationary, and regular service crews whose paygrade does
not exceed $1,000.00 in a month
3. Part-time, probationary, and regular service crews hired by the Company
before April 1, 2024

Terms & Conditions

1. Employee performance incentive will be given every 20th day of the


following month in a separate payslip.
2. Direct supervisors must review the employee’s monthly performance based
on their attendance, adherence to the company’s standard operating
procedures, and customer feedback.
3. Human Resources will provide a matrix guideline to the supervisors. The
supervisors must grade each employee appropriately at the end of each
month and submit their grades to the HR department.
4. The Accounting department will process the employees’ performance
incentive and credit it to their respective payroll bank accounts on or before
the 20th of each month.
