When it comes to my mother, her name is Tam.
My mother’s face is round and friendly looking, she has big black eyes and an expression full
of kindness. (what does she look like?)
My mother is a very altruistic person who helps everyone in need; my mother is so generous
that she wants to share what she has with others. (what is she like?)
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies and she is also really into fiction films.
She is the one who advised me to wear more lovely dresses, which suit my body shape
perfectly.
When it comes to my father, his name is Phung.
My father is of medium height; he is slim and has got long black hair. (what does he look
like?)
I can easily reveal to him my problems because he is trustworthy and keeps all of my secrets.
He never seeks a reward for his kindness. (what is he like?)
In his free time, he loves watching TV shows.
I want to be a dependable child on whom he can rely when he gets older.

Regular team communication, in my experience, keeps things under control and helps me
manage my stress. (what do you do to manage stress)
When under stress, I am confident in my capacity to recognize and manage stress. (how well
do you manage stress?)
I think I'm under too much stress, which results in my decreased energy levels. (how much
stress do you feel)
Stress can assist me to cope with potentially serious situations.

Stress makes me break out, get headaches, and get ill a lot.

Every day, I take good care of my body because my body handles stress better when I eat well,
exercise, and get enough sleep.
According to me, depending on the changes in your life, stress can be a short-term or long-term
problem.
If you feel overburdened or are abusing drugs or alcohol to cope, you should visit a doctor.
It’s natural and normal to be stressed sometimes
