THE ADAM PROJECT - film review (part 4)

I actually discovered The Adam Project on Netflix by accident when I was looking for another
movie. However, it looked interesting so I decided to watch it. Starring Ryan Reynolds as the
main lead, it was almost destined to be a great work of art.

We watch Adam, the main character, as he meets his child self. They go on an adventurous
and pretty dangerous mission to save Adam's wife. With a visible humorous undertone, we
can see some pretty good sci-fi technologies. Of course, there is plenty of action involved.
Adam and Adam are both totally lovable and it’s great to see how one person can change so
much in a couple of years. As much as it is a comedy, there are some deep moments as
well.

If I should point out something, it’s the way Ryan Reynolds can play such a character. He is
amazing and I loved him throughout the entire movie. Sitting in a fast CGI plane, he looked
so badass.

I would definitely recommend it to family evenings. It is definitely suitable for kids as well -
they will probably love small Adam. It may be a basic comedy but it is a good one. I enjoyed
every bit of it and I can’t wait to see it again some day.
