Greetings Vendors!

Welcome to Pesta Kita.

We are thrilled that your company is joining Pesta Kita in celebrating Arts, Cultures and
Sports. We are very pleased to present you with the Vendors Manual for this event. This
exhibition manual contains comprehensive information to assist you in preparation for this
event. It comprises key dates, contacts, detailed guidelines, rules and regulations as well as
exhibition order forms. Please read this manual carefully and email all applicable forms to
the relevant parties by the deadline stipulated. This is to avoid any inconvenience and
additional expense caused by late submissions or late order surcharges. Kindly note that
this manual will be regarded as part of your contract to collaborate with us.
 GENERAL INFORMATION
1. EVENT TIMETABLE

IMPORTANT NOTES:
i. Please adhere to the set-up, operating hours and tear-down time allocated for Vendors as per the above
table.

ii. All Vendors must wear Vendor Pass at all times.

iii. No late work is permitted. Individual stand fitting contractors must complete their work according to
schedule listed.

iv. All exhibitors and contractors MUST leave the venue at 12.00PM to allow the organiser to do final cleaning
on 28th NOVEMBER 2022 before handing the hall over to LANAI MATIC.

v. The Organiser, Venue Owner or Official Contractor will not be held responsible of any loss item.

vi. The Organiser has the right to change the timing without prior approval of any parties.

2. VENDOR PASSES

Vendor Passes are valid during the set-up, days of event and tear-down periods of the event.
Each Vendor will be given 2+1 passes only. Any extra passes required by Vendor shall be at
an additional cost per pass.
3. VENDOR VEHICLE

Each Vendor shall have one vehicle only to enter the premise during the set-up, days of
event and tear-down periods and this vehicle must be stated in the Vehicle Entry Form (Form
3).

4. DISPOSAL
Vendors should prepare bin(s) within the tent. Upon filling, vendors can dispose garbage at big
disposal bins provided beside the toilet and should be accessed only from the back of tent to prevent
crowds’ viewing.
