The bidding shall be conducted under single stage-single envelop procedure. Tender form containing detailed description and other terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned between 09:00-15:00 hrs on any working day (Monday to Friday) by depositing a sum of Rs. 2000/- as "Non-Refundable" from the date of publication of this advertisement till last date for submission of bids. This advertisement may also be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk and www.mmckp.gov.pk websites. The bidders are required to submit Eamest Money of an amounting to Rs. 300,000/- (Three Hundred Thousand Only) in shape of Demand Draft (DD) / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan Bids complete in all respect must reach the undersigned by 10:30 hrs on 20.01.2022 (Thursday) which will be opened at 11:30 hrs on the same day in committee room of the undersigned office, in the presence of the committee and the bidders / representatives who may choose to attend General terms & conditions: - 1. Only those bidders can participate who purchase tender documents from the undersigned office. ‘The successful bidder will submit SIX MONTHS RENT IN ADVANCE before signing of contract, 3.
