Heard Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 01.03.2021 under Annexure-10 by which the representation of the petitioner for grant of Academic Grade Pay has been rejected. Issue notice. One extra copy of the writ petition be served on learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the State, who appears for opposite party no.1, within three days enabling him to obtain instruction or file counter affidavit. Steps to serve notice to opposite parties no. 2 and 3 by speed post be taken within three days. Office shall send notice fixing a short returnable date. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
