passport, according to
a Passport Index published by
Arton Capital that features a
top-ten dominated by Euro-
pean countries.
With a UAE passport trav-
ellers can enter 180 countries
hassle free, seven more than
European countries such as
Germany and Sweden, and
nine more than Japan, whose
travel document was ranked
as the world's best earlier this

pandemic drew in visitors from
around the world.
“Global mobility is rapidly

said in a statement.
“Though the world continues

pandemic, surprisingly, travelling

across the board, a trend that
we predict will continue into
2023."

Mr Karandlaje conveyed
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s
compliments to the United Na-
tions for declaring Year 2023 as
the International Year of Millets.
Mr Modi, through his message,
thanked the global community
for supporting India’s proposal
to mark the International Year
of Millets. It was mentioned that
millets are good for consumer,
cultivator and climate. Millets
are nutritious and can be culti-
vated in semi-arid zones besides
consuming less water for irriga-
tion.

potential of millets, which also
aligns with several UN sustain-
able development goals, the
Government of India has priori-
tised millets. A sub-mission on
National Food Security Mission
– Nutri cereals was implemented
considering the high nutritive
value, potential for economic
empowerment of small & mar-
ginal farmers and contribution
in maintaining the earth’s biodi-
versity; in April 2018, millets
were rebranded as nutri cereals,
and year 2018 was declared as
National Year of Millets, aiming
at larger promotion and demand
generation.
