OPERATING THE TRACTOR
PRE-OPERATION CHECK
 DAILY CHECK
 Walk around inspection
 Check engine oil level
 Check transmission oil level
 Check coolant
 Check water separator
 Check grill and radiator screen
 Check air cleaner evacuator valve (dusty place)
 Check brake and clutch pedal
 Check indicators, gauge and meters
 Check lights
 Check seatbelt and ROPS
 Check movable parts
 Refuel
OPERATING THE ENGINE
1. Make sure the parking brake is set
2. Make sure the fuel cock is open position
3. Place the shift levers in “Neutral” position
4. Place the PTO gear shift lever in “Neutral” position
5. Place the hydraulic control lever in “Lowest” position
6. Set about the throttle lever to about ½ way
7. Insert the key into the switch and turn it “ON”
8. Fully depress the clutch pedal
9. Turn the key “START” position release when the engine
starts
10. Turn the key to “PRE-HEAT” and keep it there for 10
seconds
11. Turn the key to the start position and the engine should
start.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. After slowing the engine to idle, turn the key to
“OFF”
2. Remove the key
STARTING

1. Adjusting the operator’s position


 Operator’s seat
 Seat belt

2. Selecting light switch position


 Head light switch
 Turn signal/hazard light switch
 Horn button
 Tractor lights
3. Checking the brake pedal
 Brake pedal (left and right)
4. Raise the implement
5. Depress the clutch pedal
 Clutch pedal
6.Selecting the travel speed
 Main gear shift lever and range gear shift lever
 Synchro shuttle shift lever

 Front wheel drive lever

7. Accelerate the engine


 Hand throttle
 Foot throttle

8. Unlock the parking brake and slowly release the


clutch.
 Parking brake lever
PARKING
 Always set parking brake and lower all the
implements to the ground
 Stop the engine and remove the key.

To set the parking brake;


1) Interlock brake pedal
2) Depress the brake pedal
