Endurance

From an energetic point of view volleyball is an anaerobic sport,but you have to try to stay as
much as you can on the court, because the players changes are limited.

Strength
Strength is very important in volleyball for everything, to touch with the forearms, serve, spike
or block

If you do not have enough strength, for example in the block, you will not be able to block it
and you will lose the point.

Speed
Speed is very important in volleyball when you have to defend a shot, for example, or when
the ball goes far from the court and you have to return it.

Flexibility
Flexibility is important mainly to defend and especially a complicated ball, for example a low
ball forcing you to bend down to hit it with your forearms.
