Independent Auditor's Report

We have audited attached Balance Sheet of the M/S Cake Lakes Japanese Bakery Pvt. Ltd. for
FY 2075/76 and the related statements of income and cash flow for the year ended. These financial
statements are the responsibility of the Company's management. Our responsibility is to express an
opinion on these financial statements based on our audit.

We conducted our audit in accordance with Nepal Standards on Auditing or relevant practice.
Those standards or relevant practices require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain
reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An
audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the
financial statement. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant
estimates made by management as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation.
We believe that our audit provides as reasonable basis for our opinion. We express our opinion
that:
a. We have obtained prompt replies to our queries and explanations asked for.
b. The financial Statements are in agreement with the books of accounts maintained by the
Company.
c. The accounts of records of the Company have been accurately maintained by the Company.
d. To the best our information and according to the explanations given to us, neither the
Director nor any employee of the Company have acted contrary to legal provisions relating
to accounts, not committed any misappropriation causing loss or damage to the Company.

In our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the
Company for FY 2075/76 and of the results of its operation and its cash flow for the year then
ended in accordance with Nepal Accounting Standards or relevant practices and Comply with
relevant Act.
