ee 4, MARKINGS: The drums shall be labelled/stencilled in accordance with the Buyer's requirement for import of the Goods into Ethiopia. ARTICLE 5 - PORT OF DESTINATION, TERMS OF DELIVERY AND QUANTITY 1. PORT OF DESTINATION: The Goods shall be loaded as per ARTICLE 4 above and shipped to the Port of Djibouti 2, TERMS OF DELIVERY: The Goods shall be delivered CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight ‘as defined by the rules of Incoterms® 2010, as amended). 3. QUANTITY: The total quantity of Goods supplied by the Supplier shall be 9,000,000 metric tons (MT) in 16,720 drums packed in 162 x 20-eet containers (20FCL). The ‘Supplier and Buyer accept a tolerance of no more and no less than 2% (Two percent) of the net weight, This tolerance in the net weight of the Goods, as dectared on any master bill of lading or waybill shall be acceptable to both Parties. The net weight of the Goods includes the tare weight of the steel drums, ARTICLE 6 - PRICE OF THE GOODS 4. The agreed Price of the Goods (the Price) is USS 485.00 (Four Hundred and Eighty-Five US Dollars) per MT 2, The Price of the Goods shall include the stee! drums shall remain fim under this Agreement ARTICLE 7 - TERMS OF PAYMENT 4. The Seller shall issue a proforma invoice from the Supplier for the shipment, whether in patil shipments on ful for the Goods and total quantities 2. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer the SGS inspection report and any other documents certifying the quality and quantity of the Goods shipped. 3. Within 3 working days from the receipt of the documents (ARTICLE 7.1 and 7.2 above) land other documents confirming the actual Quantity and Quality of the Bitumen, the Buyet shall pay, through a telegraphic transfer (such as an MT103 SWIFT payment instruction), 30% (Thirty Percent) of the proforma invoice amount (i.e., US$ 436,500.00) ‘as a Workable Advance Deposit for the Goods. 4, The Buyer shall pay the balance of the invoice (+/- US$ 1,018,500.00, as adjusted depending on the certified net quantity) upon receipt of the documents (as listed in ARTICLE 8.1-8.6 below), allowing the Buyer to collect, clear, import and deliver the site in Ethiopia, as acceptable by the Buyer's client, the Ethiopian Yo oy SE tnag yO
