 备件推荐存储量 Part Stock Recommendation

推荐的最小备件库存量已经写到手册中，且用字母表示出来。
下面的列表中字母所代表的百分比决定库存量。任何少于1的部件都需要储存。

A 15%
B 10%
C 6%
D 4%
E 2%

示例1：字母“E”=2%
单台数量是1
如果登记在册设备总量是75
那么推荐的备件存储量是75×1×0.02=1.5或1件。
示例2：字母“B”=10%
单台数量是4
如果登记在册设备总量是66
那么推荐的备件存储量是66×4×0.10=26.4或26件。
示例3：字母“D”=4%
单台数量是4
单台的备件数量是A.R(按要求)，如垫片，应该是以3倍计数。
如果登记在册设备是42
那么推荐的备件存储量是42×3×0.04=5.04或5件。
示例4：字母“C”=4%
单台数量是4
如果登记在册设备总量是203
那么推荐的备件存储量是203×2×0.06=24.4或24件。

注意：在订购备件时，注意添加每单元备件数量的倍数。

A minimum spare parts inventory recommendation is incorporated in this

illustrated service parts list and is designated by a letter.
The following listing indicates the percentage factor in letter code which
should be used in determining your stock quantities. Any quantity less than
1 or partial quantities need not be stocked.

A 15%
B 10%
C 6%
D 4%
E 2%

Example 1: Letter Code "E" = 2%

Part Quantity per unit 1
If filed population or quantity units = 75
Recommended stock is 75 units ×1 per unit× .02 = 1.5 or 1 part
Example 2: Letter Code "B" = 10%
Part Quantity per unit 4
If filed population or quantity units = 66
Recommended stock is 66 units ×4 per unit ×.10 = 26.4 or 26
parts
Example 3: Letter Code "D" = 4%
Part Quantity per unit 4
Part quantity per unit is A.R (as required) Part quantities
denoted by A.R such as shims,should be ordered by a quantity of 3
times the percentage factor.
If filed population or quantity units = 42
Recommended stock is 42 units × 3 per unit ×.04 = 5.04 or 5
Example 4: parts

If filed population or quantity units = 203
Recommended stock is 203 units × 2 per unit ×.06 = 24.4 or 24
parts.

Note: Add part quantities per unit times filed population when ordering stock
parts.
