To those who remain, an appeal from those who have already left
We all suffer when a loved one returns to the Spiritual Plane. Many enter
into crises of despair and revolt when they come into contact with the death
of someone close to them. Only time can soften the hurt until life can return
to normalcy.
Deep down, we believe that this separation would never happen, even
though we are certain that death is a reality for all of us. We believe that
people would remain by our side for all eternity.
There is a great lack of preparation to face these situations, both for
those who leave and for those who stay. They suffer profound psychological and
spiritual imbalances, believing that the separation will be final.
As the vast majority of religions do not prepare for death, the
disembodied person faces many adaptation difficulties when returning to
spirituality. And to further complicate her situation, she is very sensitive
to the thoughts and feelings of family members and close people, mourning and
reliving the painful moment that caused her death.
We are going to show three excerpts from letters from the disincarnated,
psychographed by Chico Xavier, addressed to family members asking for
understanding and resignation in the face of separation, and that they return
to their daily activities:
(1) “(...) I am here asking you to help me with your patience. I have
suffered more from your tears than I have from the deliverance of
the body. That's because your pain binds me to the memory of
everything that happened. And when the lady starts to ask how the
disaster would have been, in the silence of her despair, I feel
asphyxiated again. Let us be calm and resigned. What passed was the
Law being fulfilled. (...)”
(2) “(...) I see your face over and over, all bathed in tears over my
chest and your voice reaches me so clearly that I seem to carry
ears in my heart. Oh, Mama! I don't have the right to ask your
affection for more than I've always received, but if your son can
ask anything more of your dedication, don't cry anymore. (...) Your
words from the soul is under rude affliction, tormented, wanting to
die to find me. Don't do that, Mommy! (...)”
(3) “(...) I come to ask my family members not to cry like this with so
much heartache. Nearly two years ago, the Law of God brought me to
new life, but, dear sister, your brother is bound by afflictions at
home. Don't cry anymore with this pain that seems like a brazier in
the heart. (...) Father friend and dear sister, as I also ask you,
my dear Garcia, help me with the prayers of hope and remember that
no one dies. (...)"
In his book “Quem tem medo da morte?” Richard Simonetti gives us the
following guidance:
“Evidently we are not going to cultivate false tranquility, considering
it natural that someone very loved leaves for the Spiritual Plane. However
great our understanding, we will certainly suffer a lot. However, we must
maintain serenity, trust in God, not for ourselves, but above all, for the
benefit of the one who departed. More than ever he needs our help, and
especially our prayers.”

For those who want to know more about what happens in the transition
from the earthly plane to the spiritual, and their adaptation phase in this
new environment, we recommend 4 books for reading and study. Its reading is
easy to understand:
Reports of those who have already moved to the spiritual plane and tell
what they found in this passage. Some report that they did not even realize
that they were no longer part of the earth plane. There are reports of how
children who leave for spirituality are received. Anyway, these are real
stories of ordinary people showing us the difficulties of adaptation in the
spiritual plane.
The Spiritual Mentor Antônio Carlos informs us in the Introduction of
this book: "There are many spiritist books that bring news from the spiritual
plane. Responding to my invitation, some friends narrated their
disincarnation: how it was and what they found with the departure, how they
found themselves ‘on the other side of life’".
" Imagine that when I died, I immediately got up and thought I had woken
up from a fainting spell. It didn't occur to me to look back and see my body
stretched out."

With simple and clear language, the book presents us with the
continuation of life after the death of the physical body. For this, Patrícia,
a 19-year-old girl, passed away very early and through her aunt Vera Lúcia,
through psychography, tells us what life is like in a spiritual colony.
"I woke up many times, only to fall asleep right away. During this
waking period, I observed the place where I was. It was a room with pale walls
and a closed window. The place was in shadow. I felt extremely good. I heard
my father's voice, or rather, felt the words: “Patricia, dear daughter, sleep
peacefully, friends are watching over you. be at peace."
