Conclusion:

In this case study we concluded that no doubt bowman is an amazing manager and he had
gathered a team of excellent players but situation goes wrong when suddenly the oil price
decreases in the Canadian market which turns the whole picture , US and Saudi decision to
increase their production causes the exchange rate of the Canadian dollars declines and it affect
the whole country including national hockey league tournament. The league cant achieve the
expected salary cup which proves to be the nail in the coffin. Bowman is now facing a series of
issue because he has to sign new contracts within the fixed salary cap which is a difficult
decision for him. But if Bowman choses a team of players of every level he may get the expected
results.
