Challenges faced:

 Challenges: Brazil's various traffic issues are the key issue highlighted and covered in the case.

This is due to the region's dense population and the city's daily average of about 700 new

vehicle registrations, which offers a sizable target market for the automobile industry. However,

customers were searching for a cutting-edge vehicle that would use less space, less fuel, and

spend less time stalled in traffic. However, Fiat Group unveiled the first concept and

crowdsourced car in history, allowing consumers to alter and modify it the way they want.

Solutions:

 The Fiat Mio concept car was unveiled by the Fiat group of automakers, however it was

developed in Brazil and Italy at the initiative of Centro Stile Fiat. The company's Brazil business

has also been operating for the past 30 years, and the Fiat Mio was the first concept car to be

introduced, created, and produced through crowdsourcing for this division.

Learnings from the Case:

 The concept for the Fiat Mio was developed by the corporation through the gathering of

ideas via the internet, market research, questionnaires, and other means.

 An official website and web portal were created to support the concept, where project

stakeholders could publish and vote on ideas. After that, the users offered feedback on

the concept and suggestions.

 Additionally, all of the project's information was available for free, and users were

encouraged to provide any thoughts, suggestions, or recommendations that they felt

were crucial for the business to include in the final result.
