Process of installing xamp:

 Download xamp first
 Run the exe file
 Start the setup of wizard
 Chose software
 Than install the xamp

Now install word press:

 Download word press
 Upload the word press to hosting account
 Than configure
 Run the installation
 Installation complete

Set the local host:

 Go to PHP My Admin Dashboard
 Create your data base with your name
 It will create your dashboard from where you can handle your website
 Now you can edit your posts or pages on your site easily

Change the themes
Download the plugins
Add posts
Add pages

without altering the host program itself.
