LETTER OF INDEMNITY FOR CONTAINER(S) HIJACKED/REUSE FOR EXPORT

In consideration of MSC approving my/our request for the reuse of the aforementioned
container(s) directly from the custody of the last import user reuse the same container(s) for
export, we hereby indemnify MSC as follows: -

(i) To notify MSC of such pickup at the time of taking possession and include container
number, date and time of pick up/collected from last import user.

(ii) To indemnify MSC for any liability, loss, damage, whatever nature that may occur to the
container(s) while in my/our possession.

(iii) To bear any cost of damage, detention charge after exceeding the validity date on the
said container(s) while in my/our custody.
(iv) This indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Nigeria Law.
