     1956/ others).
     Registration documents
     Brief profile of Organisation.
     Original MOA,
     Amended MOA if any
     Income Tax exemption certificates – 80g/12a/35ac or any other certificate that is applicable.
     Details of representative of board of trustee
     Audit report (last 3 years)
    o Balance sheets
    o Receipts and payments
    o Income and expenditure
    o ITR
    o Notes on accounts
     FCRA certificate
     Banking details.
     Registration with CSR government body like CSR hub/documents supporting eligibility for
    doing CSR
     Permission/registration to perform CSR activity under Company act 2013/similar act
     Executed Projects or ongoing projects with other organisations (Sanction letter, MoUs etc)
     Impact assessment reports for previous projects.
     PAN
     Bank accounts.
     TDS exemption certificate.
