SCENARIO:
You are a newly passed
lawyer who has just been
recently hired by a law firm.
Atty. John Doe, firm partner, is
the President of the Integrated
Bar of the Philippines, Luzon. He intentionally volunteered
you as one of the speakers who will present before PDLs
(Persons Deprived of Liberty) awaiting arraignment and
trial inside Police Stations of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.

TASK:
Divide yourselves in to five groups. Creatively make a
presentation about all the rights of the accused that will spark
the interest of PDLs. The presentation must also include the
right of a person against unreasonable searches and seizure. The
presentation must be not be less than 7 minutes but not more
than 15. You also must include relevant jurisprudence on the
topics.

The Group with the Best Presentation will

automatically get 95% or higher in their Preliminary Grade
class standing and will be exempt for recitation for
Prelims. The best actor/actress will be exempt for recitation
for two (2) meetings which he/she can avail at anytime
during the whole semester.

CRITERIA for JUDGING:

CREATIVITY: 40%
CONTENT: 40%
GROUP PARTICIPATION: 20%
