demand. 600 units per day are now being produced in Mexico. In the second half of the year
production of the new Jetta for the North American market was also started.

The advertising, very unlike most automobile campaigns focuses on what the icon stands
for: Curves. The campaign emphasizes the New Beetle setting trends of curves being in
vogue which is communicated through Dailies, OOH and Television campaign.
That has became the massive success in terms of the sales of the beetle

Unique styling: The Volkswagen Beetle was the first of its kind and was highly unique in its
design almost resembling the bug it is named after. The shape, small size, and color gave it
a unique and quirky look which stole millions of hearts across the world.
