Health cards are issued to all the students to keep

detailed watch of the health of the students.The students are
required to produce the same before the physician of the
dispensary for detailed record of the treatments given.
Further it is instructed that sick- registers are to be
maintained by the Housemasters of each hostel as well as the
Pharmacist of the dispensary as per the performa attached here
with. The Housemasters will produce their sick- register before
the Superitendent in the next day meeting.The Pharmacist will
submit a consolidated statement daily to the Secretary after 7
p.m. relating to treatment given from 7:00 p.m. of the previous
day to 7:00 p.m. of the that day ( i.e for 24 hour )
The sick-registers maintain by the Pharmacist is to
be produced before the School Doctor whenever he is available
and get it counter signed. Immediate step should be taken by
the Pharmacist as instructed by our Doctor. If required sick
students/patients are to be referred to nearest Government
Hospital or Sum Hospital for the treatment as per the advice of
our Doctor under intimation to respective guardians.
Respective Housemasters should take the concerned
student to the referred Hospital by taking cash from
Superitendent and their after Superitendent will submit the
respective bill with counter signature of himself and the
signatures of student and Pharmacist to the Account section for
further action.
This should come in to effect immediately.
