Statistical Analysis and Theory of Probability has introduced you to methods and procedures that
allow us to Mathematically Modelling any Real-life Problems, Construct and Explore Data and
make Statistical Inference. This Research is Prepared to allow you to equipped with new
Mathematical Statistics concepts and to use it with Real life data.

Research Completion Steps:
You and your colleagues should refer to this page for the research expectations.
 Choose your teamwork carefully
TA’s will prepare a Google form to allow students to choose their
colleagues(each team consist of 8 students).

 Selecting one of the topics

Discuss with your Team and select one of the exhibited topics.

 Identify the topic

Search for the General Definitions and Theories to determine the structure of
the research.

 Increasing your Knowledge using different resources

search for all possible resources that may relate your topic like books, videos,
lectures… etc.

 Argue with your Colleagues

Start scheduling meetings with your team to argue about new Definitions and
Concepts, and to make sure that all your colleagues are well understanding it.

 Present findings using Report Writing Skills

you are expected to write up your findings in a final report.
This report should follow a standard academic format.
 Discussion
TA’s will schedule a meeting with each team to rate their work.
Requirements of the Report: your Report should consist of…
- Summary of your research
- Historical overview
- Sufficient examples, illustrations and figures
- Definitions and related theories
the goal is to clarify your topic to for non-professionals, Using the following format:
 Title Page (logo of college, title of selected topic, team names and their seat
numbers, Lecturer name and year)

 Introduction (describe your topic, goals and direction)

Describe your research by discussing your points of interest, like why you choose it,
how you planned to study it… etc.

 Summary of Research(describe the methodology you follow to construct your

research)
 Historical overview(a brief history of the topic)

 Research Present( present of topic using definitions, theories, examples,

illustrations, figures …etc.)

 Sources(all used resources in this research )
