How to Avail Acer Support?


1. Objective: To define a simple and easy guide to avail Acer standard support for the following products: Notebooks & Projectors Consumer Desktops Commercial Desktops & Servers Standalone Monitors (LCD and CRT)

2. Notebooks & Projectors: Customer contacts the Acer Call Center at the following numbers: 1800-11-6677 (MTNL/BSNL Toll Free Number) 1800-3000-2237 (ACER) (Reliance Toll Free Number) 011- 26383170 & 26383175 (Toll Numbers) Alternatively customers can SMS the Notebook/ Projector Serial number along with problem description to 9901-67-6677. The call center will provide a valid case ID for qualified calls in case tele-resolution is not possible. Customer is required to take this case ID before visiting the nearest Acer Customer Service Center (ACSC). The case ID is valid for 5 business days only. In case customer is not able to visit the ACSC within 5 business days, the existing ID is deactivated. In such case, customer is required to take a fresh case ID. Acer has 132 ACSCs located in 104 cities. Details of the ACSC locations are available at http://www.acer.co.in/acer/service.do

Consumer Desktops: Customer contacts the Acer Call Center at the following numbers: 1800-11-6677 (MTNL/BSNL Toll Free Number) 1800-3000-2237 (ACER) (Reliance Toll Free Number) 011- 26383170 & 26383175 (Toll Numbers) Alternatively customers can SMS the Consumer Desktop Serial number along with problem description to 9901-67-6677. The call center will provide a valid case ID for qualified calls in case tele-resolution is not possible. Acer provides onsite support for Consumer Desktops in 200 cities across India. Details of the Consumer Desktop support locations are available at http://www.acer.co.in/acer/service.do

4. Commercial Desktops & Servers: Customer contacts the Acer Call Center at the following numbers: 1800-11-41-00 (MTNL/BSNL Toll Free Number) 1800-3000-1919 (Reliance Toll Free Number) The call center will provide a valid case ID for qualified calls in case tele-resolution is not possible. Acer has 422 Authorised Service Providers (ASPs) in 421 cities across India. These ASPs provide onsite support of Acer Commercial Desktops and Servers. Standalone Monitors (LCD and CRT): Customer contacts the Acer Call Center at the following numbers: 1800-11-41-00 (MTNL/BSNL Toll Free Number) 1800-3000-1919 (Reliance Toll Free Number) The call center will provide a valid case ID for qualified calls in case tele-resolution is not possible. Acer has Monitor Repair Vendors (MRVs) / Monitor Support Partners in 206 cities across India. These MRVs / Monitor Support Partners provide onsite support of Acer monitors.
