JOB DESCRIPTION – Facets Developer

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

1. 3.5+ years of development experience on Facets including knowledge of data model, batch jobs
like MMS, XPF, ABI, UMI, XC Claim load, CLMU, CKMM and Capitation Process etc.
2. Experience in developing Facets extensions; both online and batch extensions.
3. Experience in working/developing solutions to enhance Auto Adjudication rate.
4. Experience in developing inbound and outbound solutions in at least 2 modules like
Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, Capitation, Encounter etc.
5. 5+ Hands on technical experience with SSIS\.Net.
6. 5+ years of strong SQL experience in Relational Database – SQL Server.
7. Experience in healthcare especially in Medicare and Medicaid line of business.
8. Experience working in an agile environment.
9. Possess strong analytical skills, problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and
excellent verbal and written communication skills and Good Team player
10. Strong Documentation Skills to analyse and document existing applications.
11. Experience in doing RCA and coming up with preventive actions.
12. Experience in working onsite offshore model
13. Experience in change management process and incident management
14. Experience working with Schedulers eg : Tidal
15. Knowledge\ Experience in automatic deployments and GIT
16. Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics.

PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:
17. Experience in developing RPA on any Facets application from various modules like claims,
provider, membership, customer service.
18. Knowledge in unit testing suites and automation suites
19. Experience in Angular application and or java
20. Experience or knowledge in EMR applications and EDW

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET

Must have : Facets, MS SQL Server, C# / VB .Net programming language, MSBI stack (SSIS)).
Nice to have : UI Path

Responsibilities
1. Develop and/or enhance stored procedure or complex queries to process Facets data.
2. Develop and/or enhance extensions using .Net/SQL
3. Develop and/or enhance inbound/outbound batch interfaces using SSIS/SQL/.Net
4. Develop and/or enhance RPAs using UI Path
5. Write ad-hoc SQL queries to support data analysis.
6. Working within an Agile SDLC process.
7. Optimize code performance by analyzing indexes, joins and views.
8. Performance tune the SQL queries to run fast
9. Conduct design solution sessions with developers and formulate technical solution for the
project.
10. Estimations for the Features\Epic.
11. Analyses and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements.
12. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems
13. Responsible for on-time development completion with low defect rate – through close
interactions / reviews with other senior developers.
