AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING BKAV PRO INTERNET SECURITY AI

SOFTWARE (BKAV PRO). YOU CAN USE BKAV PRO ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT
ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE “CANCEL” BUTTON AND STOP USING BKAV PRO. IF YOU
AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CLICK ON THE “AGREE” BUTTON.

1. License Grant
Bkav Pro is a software product protected by intellectual property law, copyright
law and other laws of the country in which Bkav Corporation is headquartered.
You may:
- Install and use Bkav Pro if you have a license of Bkav Pro.
- Install one license of Bkav Pro on a single computer.
You may not:
- Debug, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make any attempt to view,
discover, or study the source code or the command code of Bkav Pro or perform any
similar acts.
- Modify, crack, patch, or make any attempt to change Bkav Pro’s operation.
- Create derivative works based upon Bkav Pro in whole or in part.
- Use Bkav Pro in any manner not authorized by this Agreement.

2. Updates
Bkav Pro is automatically updated on a regular basis. If you own a license of Bkav
Pro, you may obtain Bkav Pro updates during the valid period of the license.

3. Responsibilities
THEORETICALLY, DUE TO OBJECTIVE OR SUBJECTIVE IMPACTS, OR DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF THE
OPERATING SYSTEM OR OF THE CONFLICT BETWEEN BKAV PRO AND OTHER SOFTWARE RUNNING ON
THE SAME COMPUTER, THERE MIGHT BE ERROR DURING THE TIME YOU USE BKAV PRO. IN NO
EVENT MAY YOU REQUEST TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT OR ASK FOR COMPENSATION FOR
ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR: SYSTEM’S
AVAILABILITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF MONEY, OR SPIRITUAL LOSS
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE BKAV PRO. IN NO CASE WILL REPARATION
DUTY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR BKAV PRO. THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS SET
FORTH ABOVE WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT.

4. Information for better data protection

During the time using Bkav Pro: You agree to provide Bkav Pro with the information
such as suspicious files, executable files, checksums; license being in use;
information about the computer; information about operating system; computer’s
configuration, memory and disk space, installed programs and active processes
information, log file information and registry data, statistics of Bkav Pro and
other software usage, etc. for the purpose of updating the software, supporting
users, making statistics, researching, announcing and warning about the security
trends. You allow Bkav Pro to intervene in configuration file of softwares
installed on computer, process and keep statistics of Internet searching enquiries
to give link recommendations which help prevent its users from mistakenly
downloading malicious code or visiting phishing websites.
You agree to allow Bkav Pro and its Affiliates to receive and perform rights and
obligations under this Agreement. You agree to provide Bkav Pro and its Affiliates
with your personal information such as name, physical address, phone number, email
address etc. for purposes of providing technical support, product renewal and other
services. “Affiliates”: any business and/or organization, including but not limited
to subsidiaries, that directly or indirectly, control, are controlled by, or are
under common control with Bkav Pro.

5. General Information
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which Bkav Corporation
(hereinafter referred to as Bkav) is headquartered. Should you have any questions,
