    Intra-Asia Market: Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) Update Effective 1 July 2020

    Dear Valued Customer,

    With reference to our previous advisory dated 3 December 2019, please be advised that VLSFO will replace
    the current HSFO as the price reference for the quarterly Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) for long-term
    contracts of more than 3 months’ validity.

    Taking into consideration the current price of VLSFO, please be advised that CNC will not be applying any
    Floating BAF from 1 July 2020, until further notice. This applies for Dry/ Flat Rack/ Open Top/ Tank/ Other
    Special Equipment container types.
