मांक खा ेस-2021/ . .348/र ते-8.— याअथ , महारा रा य र ते िवकास महामंडळ मय िदत हे महारा महामाग
अिधिनयम (1955 चा 55) या या कलम 4 या परं तुका या तरतुद अनुसार (यात यापुढे याचा िनदश “उ त अिधिनयम” हणून कर यात
आला आहे ) हदू दयस ाट बाळासाहे ब ठाकरे महारा समृ ी महामाग यांना जोडणारा शहापूर जोडमाग हणून ओळख या जाणा या रा य
माग (िवशेष) .2 (ब) यासाठी (यात यापुढे याचा िनदश “उ त महामाग” असा कर यात आला आहे ) महामाग ािधकरण आहे ;

आिण याअथ , महारा रा य र ते िवकास महामंडळ मय िदत महामाग ािधकरणाने उ त महामाग या संदभ त महामाग ािधकरण
हणून महारा शासनाला िवनंती केली आहे की, यासोबत जोडले या अनुसच
ू ीत उ लेिखत जमीन (यात यापुढे िजचा िनदश “उ त जमीन”
असा कर यात आला आहे ) उ त महामाग चे बांधकाम, दे खभाल, यव थापन कवा काय वयन यांसाठी आव यक एक सावजिनक योजन
हणून उ त अिधिनयमा या तरतुद अंतगत उ त महामाग ािधकरणासाठी, महारा शासनाकडू न अिध िहत कर यात येईल;

आिण याअथ , महारा शासनाची खा ी पटली आहे की, एका सावजिनक योजनासाठी उ त जमीन ही उ त महामाग चे कवा
या या काही भागाचे बांधकाम, दे खभाल, यव थापन कवा काय वयन यासाठी आव यक आहे आिण हणून उ त महामाग
ािधकरणासाठी, पूव त योजनांकिरता, उ त जमीन संपािदत करणे शासनास इ ट वाटते;

याअथ , आता, महारा महामाग अिधिनयम (1955 चा 55) या या कलम 15 या पोट-कलम (2) व (3) व कलम 17 ारे दान
कर यात आले या अिधकारांचा, आिण याबाबतीत यास समथ करणा या इतर सव अिधकारांचा वापर क न, महारा शासन, या ारे ,—

(एक) उ त महामाग चे बांधकाम, दे खभाल, यव थापन कवा काय वयन करणे यांसाठी उ त महामाग ािधकरणासाठी उ त
जिमनीचे संपादन कर याची घोषणा करीत आहे ;

(दोन) िविन द ट करीत आहे की, उ त अिधिनयमा या कलम 7 अंतगत िनगिमत केले या अिधसूचनेला ितसाद हणून
यां या हरकती व सूचना यापूव च िवचारात घे त या आहे त कवा महामाग ािधकरणाकडू न सुनावणी झाली आहे अशा य त खेरीज

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA HIGHWAYS ACT.

No. PPP 2021/C.R.348/Road-8.— Whereas, the Maharashtra State Road Development
Corporation Limited is the Highway Authority for the State Highway (Special) No. 2 (B) to be
known as the Shahapur Connector to Hindu Hridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra
Samruddhi Mahamarg. (hereinafter referred to as "the said Highway") as per the provisions of
the proviso to section 4 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as
"the said Act");
And whereas, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, being the
Highway Authority, in respect of the said Highway, has requested the Government of
Maharashtra that, the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to
as "the said land"), required by it for the building, maintenance, management or operation of the
said Highway, being for the public purpose, be acquired by the Government of Maharashtra for
the said Highway Authority under the provisions of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that, for the public purpose, said
land is required for the building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway or
part thereof and therefore considers it expedient to acquire the said land for the aforesaid
purposes for the said Highway Authority;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 15
read with section 17 of the Maharashtra Highways Act (LV of 1955), and of all other powers
enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby,—
(i) declares its intention to acquire the said land for the said Highway Authority for the
building, maintenance, management or operation of the said Highway;
(ii) specifies that any person interested in the said land, other than the persons whose
objections or suggestions have already been considered or heard by the Highway Authority in
response to the notification issued under section 7 of the said Act, may, within twenty-one
days from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette,
object to the use of the said land for the purposes of the building, maintenance, management
or operation of the said Highway, in writing and stating the grounds thereof, to the Deputy
Collector (General Administration) Thane, District Thane, being the concerned Land
Acquisition Officer.
