�मांक- खाक्षेस-2006/�.�.-96/भाग-3/रस्ते-9, िदनांक 31 माचर् 2020 �ारे , महाराष्� शासनाने खाजगीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून
“ बांधा, वापरा व हस्तांतिरत करा ” या योजने अंतगर्त मे.चे तक इन्टर�ायजेस �ायव्हे ट िलिमटे ड, िंनबहे रा यांनी स्वखच�ने
बांधलेल्या अहमदनगर िजल्�ातील पुणे-अहमदनगर (भाग-िश�र-अहमदनगर) राज्य महामागर् 60 चे िकलोमीटर 64/000 ते
120/400 या लांबीचे मजबुतीकरण व चौपदरीकरण केलेल्या रस्त्याचा वापर करणाऱ्या अनुसच ू ीच्या स्तंभ (2) मध्ये अनु�मे
िविन�दष्ट केलेल्या �काराच्या मोटर वाहनांवर आिण वाहनांकडू न ओढू न नेल्या जाणाऱ्या अनुयानांवर अनुसच ू ीच्या स्तंभ (3)
मध्ये त्यांच्यासमोर िविन�दष्ट केले ल्या दराने व कालावधीकिरता (िदनांक 01.04.2020 ते िदनांक 31.03.2023), सदर
अिधसूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या म्हसणे फा�ाजवळील िकलोमीटर 85/100 मध्ये बांधण्यात आलेल्या पथकर स्थानकावर पथकर
वसूली करणेकिरता �ािधकृ त केले आहे ;
आिण ज्याअथ� , महाराष्� शासनाने (राज्य मं�ीमंडळाच्या िद. 19.11.2020 रोजी झालेल्या बैठकीत ) सावर्जिनक
बांधकाम िवभागाच्या अिधपत्याखालील खाजगीकरणाच्या �कल्पांवर कार, जीप व तत्सम हलकी वाहने तसेच एस. टी. व
स्कूल बसेस यांना पथकरातून सूट िदल्यामुळे दे य नुकसान भरपाई रोखीने दे ण्याऐवजी स��स्थतीतील 4 �कारच्या वाहन
�काराऐवजी 5 �कारामध्ये वाहनांचे वग�करण करणे तसेच पथकर दरामध्ये वाढ क�न सवलत कालावधी सुधािरत
करणेबाबत िनणर्य घेतला आहे .
त्याअथ�, आता, महाराष्� मोटार वाहन कर अिधिनयमाच्या कलम 20 चे पोट-कलम (1-अ), (1-ब), (1-क), (1-ड)
आिण (1-इ) �ारे �दान करण्यात आले ल्या अिधकाराचा वापर क�न शासन अिधसूचनेतील खालील अनुसच ू ीच्या स्तंभ (2)
मध्ये अनु�मे िविन�दष्ट केले ल्या �काराच्या मोटर वाहनांवर आिण वाहनांकडू न ओढू न नेल्या जाणाऱ्या अनुयानांवर अनुसच ू ीच्या
स्तंभ (3) मध्ये त्यांच्यासमोर िविन�दष्ट केलेल्या दराने व िदनांक 05.10.2022 ते िदनांक 31.03.2023 या कालावधीकिरता या
�कल्पातील रस्त्यावर म्हसणे फा�ाजवळील िकलोमीटर 85/100 मध्ये बांधण्यात आले ल्या पथकर स्थानकावर पथकर वसूली
करणेकिरता �ािधकृ त करण्यात येत आहे .

वगळू न 12 पय�त �वासी क्षमता असले ली) वाहने.

ब) िमनी बस िंकवा तत्सम वाहने (चालक वगळू न 12 पेक्षा जास्त 85

पण 20 �वासी क्षमते पय�त) आिण �.3, 4, व 5 येथे नमूद
केले ल्या वाहनांव्यितिरक्त माल वाहतूक करणारी वाहने.

1. या �योजनाकिरता पुणे-अहमदनगर (भाग- िश�र-अहमदनगर) राज्य महामागर् �मांक 60, िकलोमीटर

64/000 ते 120/400 या लांबीचे मजबुतीकरण व चौपदरीकरण करणे या �कल्पातील रस्त्यावरील म्हसणे
फा�ाजवळ िकलोमीटर 85/100 येथील पथकर नाक्यावर वर नमूद केले ल्या कालावधीकरीता पथकर गोळा
करण्याचा व पथकराची संपण ू र् रक्कम ठे वून घे ण्याचा हक्क मे. चे तक इन्टर�ायजेस �ायव्हे ट िलिमटे ड,
िंनबहे रा यांना �दान करण्यात आला आहे .
2. खालील वाहनांना पथकरातुन सुट दे ण्यात येईल.
(1) भारताचे राष्�पती, उपराष्�पती, राज्यां चे राज्यपाल व वाहनांना लाल िदवा अनुज्ञेय असले ल्या अित
महत्वाच्या लोक�ितिनधींची वाहने.
(2) लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे िव�मान सदस्य तसेच महाराष्� िवधानसभा व महाराष्� िवधानपिरषदे चे िव�मान
सदस्य �वास करीत असलेली वाहने.
(3) महाराष्� िवधानसभा व महाराष्� िवधानपिरषदे चे माजी सदस्य व लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे माजी सदस्य.
(4) महाराष्� राज्य रस्ते वाहतूक महामंडळाच्या (एसटी) �वासी बसेस.

(5) स्कूल बसेस.

(6) कें� व राज्य शासनाची वाहने

(12) अ�ग्नशमन दलाची वाहने.
3. पथकर दराचा फलक सवर् पथकर नाक्यांवर सव�ना िदसेल अशा प�तीने लावण्यात यावा. तसेच वाहन
धारकांस �त्येक वेळी पथकर शुल्क वसुलीची सं गणकीकृ त पावती दे ण्यात यावी.
4. सवर् पथकर नाक्यांवर सव�ना िदसेल अशा प�तीने इले क्�ॉिनक फलक लावण्यात यावा.

टीप.—
पथकर शुल्काच्या दरामध्ये खालील�माणे सूट दे ण्यात येईल.
(1) पथकराच्या 50 कुपन्सची पु�स्तका आगाऊ खरे दी करणाऱ्यास पु�स्तकेच्या िंकमतीमध्ये 10 टक्के
सवलत दे ण्यात येईल.
(2) पथकराच्या 100 कुपन्सची पु�स्तका आगाऊ खरे दी करणाऱ्यास पु�स्तकेच्या िंकमतीमध्ये 20 टक्के
सवलत दे ण्यात येईल.
(3) वारं वार �वास करणाऱ्या वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या �वासाचे व दै िनक पासाचे दर हे त्या वाहनाच्या
एकेरी �वास दराच्या अनु�मे दीड पट व अडीच पट राहतील. परतीच्या �वासाचा पास व दै िनक
पास हा ज्या िदवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या िदवशीच्या रा�ी 12.00 वाजेपय�त �ा� राहील.
(4) मािसक पासाचे दर एकेरी �वास दराच्या 50 पट राहतील.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA MOTOR VEHICLES TAX ACT, 1958.
No. PSP-2006/C.R.96/Part-3/Road-9.— — Whereas the Government of Maharashtra has vide
Government Notification, Public Works Department, No. PSP-2006/C.R.96/Part-3/Road-9, dated
the 31st March 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”), levied the toll on the
classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended thereto and on the
trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section of the Pune-Ahmednagar Road
(section Shirur-Ahmednagar), State Highway No. 60, (hereinafter referred to as “the said road”),
newly strengthened and four laned from Kilometer 64/000 to Kilometer 120/400 in Ahmednagar
District, which is improved under the “ Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme” by M/s
Chetak Enterprises Private Limited, Nimbahera for the period commencing from the 1st April
2020 and ending on 31st March 2023 at the toll collection centre constructed at kilometer 85/100
near Mhasane Phata on the said road;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra (in the State Cabinet meeting held on the
19th November 2020) has approved the modification in concession period, bifurcation of multi-
axle motor vehicles in two categories instead of one and increase in the rates of toll on roads
under BOT schemes enlisted under the Public Works Department instead of giving the
compensation due to decision taken for exempting car, jeep and light motor vehicles from the levy
of toll to the entrepreneurs in cash by the Government;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D)
and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and in
supersession of the said Notification, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the
toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule
appended hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the said road at
the rates specified against each of the said vehicles in column (3) of the Schedule with effect from
5th October 2022 to 31st March 2023 at the toll collection centre constructed at kilometer 85/100
near Mhasane Phata on the said road.

(b) Mini Bus or any other similar vehicles having carriage 85
capacity of more than twelve and upto twenty passengers
excluding driver and goods carriage vehicles except vehicles
included in entries at serial numbers 3, 4 and 5 below.

Heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicle defined
4. in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as three axle 275
vehicles except vehicles covered by the entry at serial number 3
above.

5. defined Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as Truck- 420
Trailer combination, multi-axle vehicles having more than three
axles and except vehicles covered by the entry at serial numbers
3 and 4 above.

1. For the purpose of this notification, M/s Chetak Enterprises Private Limited, Nimbahera
is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll on the above mentioned toll collection
centre.
2. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely:-
1. VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State,
Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.
2. Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly
and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
3. Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Maharashtra
Legislative Council and Parliament.
4. Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).
5. School Buses.
6. State and Central Government vehicles.
7. Defence vehicles.
8. Police Department vehicles.
9. Post and Telegraph Department vehicles.
10. Ambulances.
11. Hearses.
12. Fire fighting vehicles.
3. The above mentioned rates of toll shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people
in the vicinity of the Toll Station. A receipt shall be passed on each and every occasion of
recovery of toll.

4. Electronic Display Board shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centre.

Notes.— Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely:-
(i) 10 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of booklet containing 50 coupons in
advance.
(ii) 20 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of a booklet containing 100 coupons
in advance.
(iii) For frequently travelling vehicles return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5
times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass
will be valid up to 12.00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be 50 times of their respective one way travel rates.
