STANDARD PAY PACKAGE FOR PROJECT STAFF DIRECTLY RECRUITED FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FUNDED FROM PSDP Finance Division issued Office Memorandum No. F.4 (9) R-14/2008 dated 19/07/2017 regarding implementation of the Standard Pay Package for the project staff directly recruited for development projects funded from PSDP with effect from 01-07-2017. The letter referred ibid is effective for the new as well as the on-going projects and is admissible with certain conditions elaborated in the letter A Committee was constituted to implement the Revised Standard Pay Package 2017 for project employees. After holding series of meetings, the Committee has recommended that for revision of the pay of ERRA Project Employees following points need to be addressed by the management for implementation of Revised Standard Pay Package:- 1. Determination of BPS or equivalence of the contract employees working in different projects under ERRA as per their contracts. 2, The Revised Standard Pay Package is applicable to those retired officers who have been appointed through open competition as per provisions of Finance Division’s OM Para 2 (XI & XII) 3. Adoption to Standard Pay Package-2017 in ERRA shall require revision/approval of PC-I from the competent forum as per Finance Division’s OM Para 2(VIlI). While revising PC-Is, posts alongwith BPS may also be indicated / updated. 4.
