Team Member- Subham Mohanty Ranjeet Mohanty Priyabrat Jena Case Study Indian economy has reduced to level by 25.5 and the GDP also decreases from previous one. In this pandemic most of people lost their jobs and every sector was in their worst condition. Due to this pandemic our country has gone into the list of underdeveloped countries again. Regarding to this Indian government has started many schemes for employment but their main focus is on agriculture. As what the situation would be the people should not face the scarcity of food in our highly populated country. So, the government have launched many schemes like agro processing cluster scheme, NABARD loan for food processing, PLISFPI(Production linked incentive scheme for Food processing industry), PM Kisan SAMPADA Yojana, PMFME scheme, PMKSY(Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana), PMFBY(Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana), National Agriculture Market, Kisan Suvidha and Pusa Krishi mobile apps, RKVY(Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana), National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture(NMSA) and many more. And also rebate in interest for farmers loan. The focus is clear of the government that they are trying to encourage the agricultural sector. So they can work and create new job opportunities for the people. The use of modern technique in the agriculture can help the people to grow and also get the good amount of revenue. The modern techniques of farming such as aeroponic farming, aquaponic farming, hydroponic farming, and many more. This techniques need to be introduced in rural sector. The government must plan to organize agro processing trade fair, so that rural people can get benefitted. Agricultural institution or NGO take some initiative like arranging training or workshops about the new techniques of agro processing in rural area. It can help people to get knowledge about the new techniques.
