(ii) Casualties under Force Orders
(iii) Camps and Courses attended
(iv) O.C. Unit remarks

(d) When the Cadet leaves the Unit the O.C. may request from HQ JCCF through his Battalion Headquarters
that the cadet be issued with a Certificate of Service.

(e) If, however, the Cadet is being transferred from one Unit to another, he will so inform the O.C. of the Unit
from which he is being transferred. The O.C. will advise HQ JCCF through his / her Bn HQ. The Cadet’s
enrollment card is to be completed and forwarded with remarks (in pencil) to the O.C. of the Unit to which
the Cadet is being transferred.
