Notes on safety in this document are described in 3 levels. They are danger, warning, and caution. Be sure to observe each of these notes on safety. DANGER: Situations where there is an imminent danger that misoperation may lead to serious injury or death. WARNING: Situations where there is a possibility that misoperation may lead to user's death or serious injury. CAUTION: Situations where there is a possibility that misoperation may ead to user's serious injury or physical damage. A detector is arranged as an optional part. ‘The rotation cycle of the rotary plate arranged at the end of the driving shaft is monitored by a contactless switch and timer, and when the safety device works and the cycle is delayed, error signal is displayed Section 7: Maintenance Inspection Carry out daily, monthly, and annual inspections in accordance with the following instructions. (We will carry out a one-year inspection or periodical inspection after over 2,500 hours of operation at your request. (This is not necessary in the case of grease-filled sealed unit.) Check the motor for noise and temperature (The temperature is guaranteed up to 60°C) Check the lubrication to the conveyor chain and the roller chain. Remove excess chips powder from the belt upper portion and the frame inside. [MONTHLY INSPECTION ITEMS] Exchange oil at the first 100 hours, and after every 1,500 to 2,000 hours. Check the motor for noise, temperature, and current. + Adjust the belt tension by use of the take-up bearing. The tension should be taught but not tight, and also equal on both sides. (Refer to 4 in Section 4) Check the engagement and tension of the roller chain between the motor and the conveyor, The tension should be taught but not tight. (refer to 5 in Section 4) Pay sufficient attention to the lubrication of the roller chain so that the oil should not get on the friction pads of the torque limiter. + Lubricate the conveyor chain and the roller chain every 150 hours. [ONE YEAR INSPECTION ITEMS] Carry out all the items of the monthly inspection. + Pull out the belt, and clean the inside of the frame. Check the frame inside and the belt for any damaged parts, exchange if necessary. + Check the bolt fastening portion for slackness + Check the friction plate of the torque limiter for abrasion. (Confirm specifications) Check the friction plate of the TJ Clutch for abrasion. (Confirm specifications. When ordering replacement parts or when contacting our service department, please make sure to provide us with the production number and the date of production. (18) [Disposal of the Chip Conveyor | Request a specified company (industrial waste disposal company) to dispose your chip conveyor under the specified procedures.
