General Instruction:
1. The Organizing Committee reserves to make change in program, Venue and order
of event if necessary. The decision of organizing secretary will be final and binding to
all.
2. Teams shall make their own arrangements for their boarding.
3. The team managers are requested to co-operate with organizing secretary.
4. Player’s documents and Eligibility is compulsory. Dually sign original
eligibility Performa must be submitted at the time of reporting.
5. TA /DA of players/ coach/ manager will be borne by the participating Institute.
6. Following documents are compulsorily required at time of tournament / selection.
 I Card of the player.
 Latest fees receipt (photocopy).
 12thmark sheet / Diploma mark sheet /U G mark sheet (if in
PG) (photocopy).
 School Leaving Certificate (Photo copy )
 Mark sheet of last exam passed (Photo copy )
 Detailed Eligibility Performa Duly signed by the college
principal and sports I/C
 ID Proof ( Aadhar Card/ Driving License )
