trunk exercise training improve trunk performance and dynamic sitting

balance

The Treatment
Balance exercises: sitting, grasping from out of shoulder rang then transfaring
Dynamic Standing, (3 rounds 7 meters) Marching, normal
walking with 90 head turns side to side, when mastered raised arm
contralatrally of the head, WM performance is done after sitting with standing
initiation, WM weights on hand and ankles can be added.
Static Standing, (as tolerated) standing with feets together,
Tadam standing, standing on foam, standing on uneven surface
Porteprousions.

Bed Exercises: pelvic stability training, SLR SLR with IR in oblequal direction,
lower abbs training hip flextion with knee flexion, touching the knee in
supine, side abductions WM weight can be added, bridge with hip abduction
squeezing a ball (perteprosuins)
Coordenation Exercises, we will connect the effected with the
non effected limps; strait leg and contrallatraly strait hand raises
contrallatraly for 60* flexion then 60* of abduction (2 sets each side)
