DATED: 12/07/2012

In continuation of this office Notice dated 21.06.2012, it is hereby notified that

the interview of the below mentioned candidates, who have been held provisionally
eligible for the posts of Court Managers in Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs
Department in response to this office Notification No. 03-PSC of 2012 dated 24-02-
2012, shall be held as per dates mentioned in Annexure –I to this Notice at 09:30AM in
J&K Public Service Commission Office, Polo Ground, Srinagar.

Note: Only those eligible candidates who have been found to be possessing the requisite
qualification shall be interviewed subject to the condition that they are within age limit
on the cut off date. The candidature of all such candidates is provisional.

The candidates are advised to produce the original certificates/testimonials/

deficient documents, if any on the date of interview, failing which they shall not be
allowed to sit in the interview.

The candidates are directed to report at the venue of interview at 09:30 A.M
sharp at J&K Public Service Commission Office, Srinagar.

Note II: The candidates who fail to furnish the affidavit shall not be allowed to appear in
the interview, and shall be deemed to be not eligible for the post.

Besides, the candidature of below mentioned candidate, who had applied for the
Court Managers in Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Department in response to this
office Notification No. 03-PSC of 2012 dated 24-02-2012, is hereby rejected for the
reason shown against him.
