With due respect, I would like to state that I am Ziauddin Ahmed Siddiqui, live at ADDRESS,
North Nazimabad. I want to pay your attention at the matter that I have two meters
commercial and residential (3-Phase)
My Residential Meter No. _________ and Account No. ______________ and billing
Consumer Name is Noor Din Ahmed.
Now on residential meter the tariff is A3-G since last two years, I don’t understand why this
applied on my bill without any notification.
Now, I request you to take a kind look for the correction of bill tariff to residential tariff and
also compensate my previous amount with coming bill.
