text?
- Critical reading helps you to better understand what you are reading, taking past
experiences and articles into consideration. Critical reading requires you to analyze the
text through skimming and scanning. Critical reading enables you to use critical thinking
in using the text by asking questions so you can better understand the point of the text.

How does critical reading exist?

- Critical reading exists because of the numerous times we need to use it. We need to use
critical reading in becoming an innovative person and to share our knowledge with other
people. Critical reading exists because it helps us in so many different ways like being
able to analyze the important parts of the text in mere seconds.
