We take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage and mutually rewarding
association. We would like to reiterate our commitment for quality products with continuous
innovation and best in class service at fair price.

You beheld Jaquar Values and its Corporate Culture for past so many years. Jaquar Group does not
react to every change in economic and market condition; rather we absorb market volatility and
economic pressure to the extent possible. However, past few months have witnessed sharp jump in
prices of commodities, fuel, transportation (Land, Sea and Air both inbound & outbound), packaging
etc. The price of these raw material / input cost has increase to such high levels that it has compelled
us to go for a Price Revision w.e.f. from 4th April 2022 in Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware, Wellness
and HWS.

We would like to share key factors and its magnitude to have clarity and to understand reason for
this “PRICE REVISION”:
i. Nickel prices have gone up to 99.2% in last few months.
ii. Zinc prices have gone up to 44.2%.
iii. Copper prices have gone up by 54.8%.
iv. SS Sheet and Tube prices have gone up by more than 28%.
v. Kraft paper are costlier by more than 36%, thereby sharp increase in packaging cost.
vi. Plastic material/items are up by more than 35%.

At this moment, price revision is inevitable to continue our services with quality and value you seek
from us. Despite double-digit jump in costs, we have retained average price increase in the range of
8%-10% thereby passed minimal impact. Our Branch Sales Team will be in touch with you to discuss
the matter further.
