approved equal) with 9mm thick fiber cement board

1.4 Eaves Ceiling - 4.5mm thick fiber cement board (JAMES HARDIE:

2.0 Walls - 6mm thick fiber cement board (Hardiflex by “James

2.4 Accent Wall @ Right Side - 8mm thick fiber cement board wood planks cladding
Elevation (SCG Marketing Phils.) with dirt and dust resisting
paint (BOYSEN "Wallguard", DAVIES "Liquid Tile" or
approved equal). Follow surface preparation or
methodology of brand.; Provide 4mm thick approved
polyurethane sealant to 20mm gap to be painted.

3.0 Doors

3.1 Main Entrance (D-1, D-2) - 12mm thick frameless tempered clear glass.
Discussion Area Provide 38mm diameter stainless steel (ASTM 304)
Closing Rooms pipe handle, satin finish. Provide stainless steel
(ASTM 304) glass patch fittings and pivot type hinge
(STANLEY, HAFELE or approved equal). Submit
sample for approval (See Schedule of Doors on
sheet A-5)

4.0 Windows

4.1 Main Entrance (W-1) - 12mm thick. frameless tempered clear glass, silicon
jointed. Trade contractor to provide shop drawing for
FLI approval.

4.2 Lounge Area (W-2) - 8mm thick. frameless tempered clear glass, silicon
jointed. Trade contractor to provide shop drawing for
FLI approval.

4.3 Closing Rooms, Pantry - 6mm thick clear glass sliding with fixed panel on
(W-3), (W-3a) aluminum frame, powder coated. Provide standard
lockset and handles. Submit sample for approval.

4.4 Common Toilet, Storage - 6mm thick clear glass awning on aluminum frame,
(W-4) powder coated. Provide standard hinges and
handles. Submit sample for FLI approval.

5.0 Others

5.1 Canopy - 6mm thick. fiber cement board (Hardiflex by “James


Hardie” or approved equal) on 50x150x2mm thick
light gauge metal framing (“Jea Maxx” Steel or
approved equal) with semi-gloss solvent-based
acrylic paint (Boysen, Davies or approved
equivalent). Follow surface preparation or
methodology of brand. Provide 6mm gap & approved

polyurethane sealant to all jointing.

5.2 Entry Porch - 600x600mm vitrified unglazed ceramic floor tiles,


class “A” (MARIWASA, WHITE HORSE, LEPANTO
or approved equal). Provide tile grout and heavy duty
tile adhesive (DAVCO). Submit sample for approval.

5.3 Steps - From 600x600mm vitrified unglazed ceramic floor


tiles with built-in nosing, class “A” (MARIWASA,
WHITE HORSE, LEPANTO or approved equal).
Provide tile grout and heavy duty tile adhesive
(DAVCO). Submit sample for approval.
5.4 PWD Ramp - Steel trowelled plain cement screed with 10x10mm v-
cut grooves spaced @ 100mm O.C. and 100mm
wide plain cement border.
- Zocalo: 100mm thick non-load bearing CHB wall
with plain cement plaster and smooth semi-gloss
acrylic solvent-based paint (Boysen, Davies or
approved equivalent) Follow surface preparation or
methodology of brand.
- Handrail & Post: 38mm diam. x 1.5mm thick hot
dipped galvanized steel (G.S.), smooth spray
painted: first coat with epoxy primer (BOYSEN,
DAVIES or approved equal); 2nd and 3rd coats with
gloss epoxy paint (BOYSEN, DAVIES or approved
equal).
5.5 Wall Signage - GA. #16 G.I. sheet built-up letters in powder coat
finish.
6.0 Soil Treatment - Provide water based chemical for termite control or
soil poisoning (DURSBAN / “HOME TREK”,
“PREMISE” or approved equivalent).

INTERIOR FINISHES

1.0 Walls

1.1 Drywall - 6mm thick fiber cement board (Hardiflex by “James


Hardie” or approved equal) on 50x100x0.6mm thick
metal studs framing (“Jea Maxx Steel” or approved
equal) with semi-gloss latex paint (Boysen, Davies or
approved equivalent). Follow surface preparation or
methodology of brand. Provide 6mm gap & approved
polyurethane sealant to all jointing.
1.2 Male and Female Toilet - 300x300mm glazed ceramic wall tiles (MARIWASA
or approved equal). Provide tile grout and adhesive
(DAVCO). Submit sample for approval.

2.0 Floor

2.1 Lobby, Discussion Area, - 600x600mm vitrified unglazed ceramic floor tiles,
Closing Rooms class “A” (MARIWASA, LEPANTO or approved
equal). Provide tile grout and dustless tile adhesive
(“DAVCO” or approved equal) . Submit sample for
approval.

2.2 Common Toilet - 300x300mm vitrified unglazed ceramic floor tiles,


class “A” (MARIWASA, LEPANTO or approved
equal). Provide tile grout and dustless tile adhesive
(“DAVCO” or approved equal). Submit sample for
approval.

3.0 Ceiling - 4.50 mm thick fiber cement board, (JAMES HARDIE:


“Hardiflex or approved equal) on standard 0.5mm
thick metal furring framing by (JEA STEEL or
approved equal) with flat latex (Boysen, Davies or
approved equivalent). Follow surface preparation or
methodology of brand. Provide 6mm gap & approved
polyurethane sealant to all jointing.

4.0 Kitchen Counter - 600x600mm polished homogenous tiles counter top


and one (1) layer 200x600mm polished homogenous
tile splashboard on 25mm thick marine plywood
backing, class “A” (“MARIWASA”, “EUROTILES” or
approved equivalent). Provide tile grout and adhesive
(DAVCO). Submit sample for approval.

4.1 Cabinets - 19mm thick kiln dried plyboard with 6mm thick solid
wood edging in gloss quick dry enamel paint
(Boysen, Davies or approved equivalent). Follow
surface preparation or methodology of brand.

- Provide aluminum cabinet u-handles (modern


series), concealed hinges and roller catches
(HAFELE or approved equal). Submit sample for
approval.
Note: 1. Provide 25x25mm (1”x1”) reveal on all suspended ceiling to wall termination.

5.0 Doors & Hardwares

5.1 Pantry, Toilet & Storage - 40mm thick treated K.D. Tanguile wood flush type
door, smooth painted: first coat with flatwall enamel
paint with wood putty (BOYSEN, DAVIES or
approved equal), 2nd and 3rd coats with gloss enamel

- 100x45mm GA #18 pre-formed metal jamb (“Jea


Maxx Steel” or approved equal). Apply 1 coat epoxy
primer and 2 coats epoxy paint (BOYSEN, DAVIES
or approved equal). Provide three (3) pieces 3-1/2" x
3-1/2" x 2mm thick ball bearing loose pin hinges,
satin chrome by (“HAFELE”, “YALE” or approved
equivalent). Submit sample for approval.
- Cylindrical knob lockset type stainless steel (ASTM
304) Entrance, satin nickel (AR307 by “Sure-Loc” or
approved equivalent). Submit sample for approval.

5.2 Grab Bar at Common/PWD - 38mm diameter x 1.5mm thick stainless steel pipe
Toilet (ASTM 304), hairline finish. Submit sample for
approval.

OPEN AREA FINISHES

1.0 Entry Pavement - Reinforced concrete with sand wash finish.

2.0 Pathwalk - Reinforced concrete with smooth cement steel


trowelled finish.
3.0 PWD Ramp @ Drop-off & Parking - Reinforced concrete with smooth plain cement steel
Area trowelled finish and 10x10mm deep V-Cut grooves
spaced at 100mm O.C.
4.0 Parking Area - 50mm thick loose G1 crushed gravel with one layer
100mm thick CHB edge restraint and 100mm wide
reinforced concrete slab line with plain cement finish.
- PWD Parking: Reinforced concrete slab, with steel
trowelled smooth plain cement.
- Wheel Stop: Pre-cast concrete with smooth plain
cement plaster and zebra pattern reflectorized alkyd-

ELECTRICAL WORKS

1.0 Conduits and Fittings - Rigid Steel Conduit (R.S.C.) by “Pusan” or “Nichi” for
Main Feeder Line and other exposed line.

- Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (u.P.V.C.) schedule


#40 for load side lines and other underground or
embedded on walls or slabs concealed ceilings, by
“Neltex”-Powerguard, “Atlanta”-Thin Wall or approved
equivalent.
2.0 Panel Board - Dead front construction, furnished with trims for flush
mounting. Panel shall be metal sheet 1.35mm thick
frame reinforced for rigidity and wiring. Knock-outs
shall be provided on top and bottom sides. Solid
ground bus should be provided with main terminals
equal to the number of branch circuits. Bus bar, shall
be copper with density of 155 amperes/sq.cm. Panel
shall be painted finish (verify color).

3.0 Circuit Breakers - Bolt-on type, two poles with internal common trip bar,
quick-make, quick-brake, trip-free operating
mechanism with silver plated contacts, arc-interrupter
and thermal-magnetic trip unit. Interrupting rating
shall be not less than 10 KAIC. Breakers should
meet Underwriter Laboratories (U.L.) specifications.
Temperature rating should be 65deg. Celsius for
sizes below 100AT and 75deg. Celsius for 100AT
and above.

4.0 Conductors

4.1 Power Line (Wires & Cables) - 600V insulation level, THW, Copper Wires “Philflex”,
“Sycwin”, “Orion”, “Unicon” or approved equivalent.

4.2 Telephone Line - #22/4C Jacketed wire by “Duraflex” or “Phelps
