Escalation image is a temporary release delivery of fix until next CCO release is available. Customers are requested
to migrate to next CCO release when fixes are made available. We request you to drop a note to “wnbu-
escalation@cisco.com” with TAC Case #, Escalation image version, Bug affected where escalation image is used and
what scale the deployment happen (AP, WLC, Client count). Any feedback would be appreciated either via TAC or
this alias.

8.5.182.2 is an Escalation build published from the 8.5.182.0 CCO image and it is an engineering special that
resolves the following additional caveat(s):

that 8.5 is End of Support on 31st December and no further releases are planned in this train. We suggest
migration to 8.10 if possible, where the above fixes are available.
