Removing the Holder Insert 2 philips screwdriver into the holder. then lift to remove it (See Figs.1 and 2) Note Cover the retaining block with felt or other soft material in order to avoid scratching the orne ment assembly, Removing tho ornament Assombly Remove 5 front panel holders and take out the Underlying 5 screws. (Fig. 6 ) \giTake out § screws B and remove the gear assembly (Fig. 6 } (SiDisengage the wire from the clemp (Fig. 9) (GiTake out 4 screws C and disengage 2 holder springs (Fig. 8) (7iTake out 4 screws D, and the speed nut, then remove chamber A (Fig. 7 } (giRemove the ornament assembly Gear Assembly (1)Take out screw E and remove the gear (Fig.6). (2)Unsolder the circuit board before removing the semi-fixed resistor detecting the speaker po sition (attached to gear C) and speaker drive Winitial adjustment after reassembling gear and chamber A (Fig. 6) ‘)Instali so that the X mark of chamber A and the arrow mark of gear A are directly aligned. (2)Align the center of boss Y with the Z mark of gear C. @iinstall gear B. If it does not engage, shift gear C to the extent to allow engagement (a)Perform speaker cabinet connections and engage the RX-MXG7BK system connector.
