3. Disassembly and Reassembly


This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LED TV.

This LED TV contains electrostatically sensitive devices. Use caution when handling these components.
WARNING

3-1. Disassembly and Reassembly


1. Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.
2. Follow these directions carefully; never use metal instruments to pry apart the cabinet.
CAUTION 3. If there is no additional coment, it is same for all inches.

2 Remove 4 screws from the ASSY

Remove the ASSY COVER MIDDLE.

6 Remove the Electric tapes shown on the


image.
• EMI Point : After removing release
paper from the LVDS Cable bottom,
attach the LVDS Cable to the C/
Chassis and rub the attatched
surface.

CAUTION

When assembling the TV, the electric


tapes must be applied on the same
locations.
Please remember to take a picture of
where the tapes were first applied.

and DC VSS-LED TV PD BD.

9 Remove the ASSY SPEAKER (L/R).

10 Remove the cables and 2 screws from


the ASSY T CON.
Finally carefully remove the ASSY
T CON.

11 Remove the NETWORK (BT/WIFI).

12 Remove the JOG/IR unit.

13 Completed disassembly.

NOTE

Reassembly procedures are in the reverse order of disassembly procedures.
