Dear Mr. Schneider:

On January 7. 2009. First American Bank formerly known as Bank of Coral Gables. LLC C-·FAB'")
made a $240.000.00 loan to S&A Capital Paiiners. Inc. ('"S&A'"). The loan was secured by an all
asset filing on S&A and collateral assignments of the following notes and related mo1igagcs from
the following individuals (in alphabetical order):

A. John W. Briggs and Theresa K. Matthew-Briggs;

B. Ronald A. Bunting:
C. Gordon J. Cady and Darlene Cady;
D. Iona Carr:
E. Pamshnela Cooley-Bradley:
F. Carl W. Purvis 111 and Suzctt~ M. Purvis;
G. Johnnie Washington; and
H. M)'1rice S. Winchester.

The $240,000.00 loan was paid off on December 29, 20 I0. The following is the status of the
release of the various items of collateral that secured this loan.

I. UCC Financing Statement. On January 11. 2008. FAB filed an all asset financing
statement no. 20080740650 I with the Florida Secretary of State. This financing statement was not
renewed and therefore expired on January 11, 2013.

2. John W. Briggs and Theresa K. Matthews-Briggs. The following documents are enclosed:
