Prescribed form for application for supply of tender document may be obtained from O/o the Executive Engineer (C), BSNL Civil Division, Tarapur, Silchar-3 free of cost . The prescribed form duly filled in along with required document and receipt of submission of cost of tender form Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred) (non refundable) & Earnest Money of Rs 3100.00 ( Rupees three thousand one hundred) in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer , BSNL Civil Division, Tarapur, Silchar-3 are to be produced for obtaining the tender form upto 1600 Hrs. on any working day. Cost of tender forms may also be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer , BSNL Civil Division, Tarapur, Silchar-3. The last date of receiving applications is 11.04.11. The last date of sale of tenders to the eligible tenderers shall be 13.04.11 upto 16.00 Hrs. The Completed tender along with required documents as specified in the NIT be super-scribed as TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF VEHICLE ON HIRE FOR USE IN BSNL CIVIL DIVISION, Tarapur, Silchar-3 FOR THE YEAR 2011-12 should be dropped in the tender Box placed in the O/O the Executive Engineer, BSNL Civil Division, Tarapur, Silchar-3 upto 1500 Hrs. on 14.04.2011 and will be opened at 15:30 Hrs on the same date in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives if any. If any Bandh / Strike falls on the tender opening day it will automatically be extended to the next working day. Tender will not be accepted by post. The tender should be strictly according to the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender form. Tender documents found incomplete is liable to be rejected.
