Leave Policy

Summarized Version – for M-level employees

Effective from August 1, 2022

Corporate HR & Communications

Background
MTM’s management is very well aware of the fact that global business scenarios have been
evolving and changing at a very rapid pace and Pakistan is no exception which has resulted
in a dramatic shift in employees’ expectations i.e. what employees want now is not what
they wanted a few years ago. On the other hand, organizations like MTM do not shy away
from demonstrating their responsibility towards taking care of employees’ expectations in a
proactive manner in addition to being an organization that prioritizes regular improvisation
in its talent strategy as well as realignment of benefits programs by putting people first.

CHR&CC team’s periodic review of the policies suggested that the existing leave policy
needs some considerations to make it time and business relevant hence the revised policy
with due approval concerned management authorities.
