Dear Hilmi,

Please accept this letter as a formal notice that I will be resigning as a Site Safety Supervisor
in Hexagon Composite Engineering Sdn Bhd. My last date will be on 22 nd December 2022. I will fulfil my 2
months notice period as required, effective from today's date.

I am tendering my resignation at Hexagon Composite Engineering Sdn Bhd as I have decided


to embark on a new trajectory in my career path. This was not an easy decision to made.
However, after much consideration, 1 am ready to transition into a new role in a new environment.

Thank you for all the guidance and opportunities you have provided me for the 4 years
during my employment in Hexagon Composite Engineering Sdn Bhd, I am grateful for the
projects I have taken on, and I cherish the professional relationships I had with you and the
other colleagues in the team.
