Dear Mr. Managing Director,

I am writing this letter to announce my resignation from Srebro Solutions Sdn Bhd as the
welder manufacturing effective 1 month from this date. This is due to recently that I have just
received an offer to work at Oglaend Industries Sdn Bhd starting on 12 September 2022.
The past 7 months have been very amazing and rewarding for me. I have enjoyed working with
Srebro Solutions Sdn Bhd enormously as the environment is very positive with supporting team
members as well. I would like to extend my greatest attitude to the company and everyone who
has been giving me support and guidance during my working period here.
It was not an easy decision to make. As per my probition contract, I am providing Srebro
Solutions Sdn Bhd with 1 month notice from today. My last day of working will be on 10
September 2022
Please accept this letter and I wish the company and all the team members continued success
in the future.
